Welcome to Sybajet. By using our website, services, and platforms, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sybajet’s services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.
2. Services Provided
Sybajet provides private aviation services, including aircraft management, charter flights, and operational support. The terms apply to all users engaging with our services.
3. User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when engaging with Sybajet.
- Unlawful use of our services, including fraudulent bookings or misuse of our website, is strictly prohibited.
- Any violation of these terms may result in termination of service.
4. Payments & Refunds
- Payments for services must be made in accordance with Sybajet’s agreed-upon pricing and timelines.
- Refunds are subject to Sybajet’s cancellation policies, which vary based on the service booked.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Sybajet is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or regulatory changes.
6. Modifications to Terms
Sybajet reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any modifications.
7. Additional Terms and Conditions
- Catering: Price includes standard VIP catering. Special requests will be charged separately.
- Ground Transportation: Passengers’ ground transportation costs are not included.
- Special Requests: Any special request will be invoiced separately.
- Schedule: The flight schedule may be subject to weather and airport conditions and other unforeseen circumstances, which SybaJet San Marino SRL cannot be held responsible for. To maintain the planned departure time, passengers are requested to arrive at the departure location 30 minutes before departure. In case of a possible delay, please inform a crew member or SybaJet San Marino SRL representative.
- Dangerous Goods: Transport of dangerous goods (including lithium batteries, flammable liquids, compressed gases, guns, and ammunition) is strictly prohibited. A comprehensive DGR list can be found here: IATA Dangerous Goods List
- Aircraft Insurance Coverage: Some countries/territories are excluded from the insurance policy. If a destination outside Sybajet San Marino SRL’s insurance policy is requested, the following items will be required:
- Reason for flight
- Amount of time expected on the ground
- Any security protocol arranged on the ground to improve safety
- Pets: Animals are only carried with prior approval of SybaJet San Marino SRL. All animals will require a valid Pet Passport and necessary documents before travel. All pets must be caged or leashed during the flight. The flight crew reserves the right to refuse boarding of any pets if they have safety concerns.
- Wi-Fi: Sybajet San Marino SRL aircraft are equipped with KA Band Wi-Fi onboard. Wi-Fi costs $2 per MB of usage. Customers wishing to use Wi-Fi must provide a valid credit card before the trip, and all usage will be charged accordingly.
- Documents: Passengers are obliged to have necessary travel documents, including valid passports, required visas, and medical certificates (if applicable).
- De-Icing Charges: Any de-icing costs incurred during the flight will be charged to the customer at cost after trip completion.
- Customs & Immigration: It is a requirement of customs and immigration authorities within Europe that full passport information for all passengers is provided at least 24 hours before departure. This also ensures accurate calculation of Airport Passenger Duty where applicable. Passenger numbers and details cannot be altered without prior consent from SybaJet San Marino SRL.
8. Cancellation Fees
- 10% of charter price after booking.
- 30% of charter price two weeks before the flight date.
- 50% of charter price one week before the flight date.
- 75% of charter price 48 hours before the flight date.
- 100% of charter price on the day of the flight.
