We are currently seeking an experienced Postholder Training to join our dynamic team in Dubai or San Marino.
Your Role
As Postholder Training, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the training programs for flight and ground crew in compliance with aviation regulatory requirements. You will ensure that training standards meet international best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence. This is a critical leadership role that demands expertise in aviation training, compliance, and safety management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for flight crew, cabin crew, and ground personnel.
- Ensure training programs comply with EASA, ICAO, GCAA, and other relevant aviation regulations.
- Maintain and oversee training manuals, policies, and documentation to reflect regulatory and operational requirements.
- Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs as necessary to enhance safety, efficiency, and compliance.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities, auditors, and internal departments to ensure training meets required standards.
- Conduct internal audits and assessments to maintain high training quality and adherence to compliance.
- Oversee simulator training, emergency procedures training, and crew resource management (CRM) courses.
- Provide leadership and guidance to trainers and instructors to maintain a high level of instructional excellence.
- Ensure that all training records and certifications are accurately maintained and regularly updated.
Minimum Requirements
- Extensive experience in aviation training management with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar training leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of EASA, ICAO, GCAA, and other relevant aviation regulatory training standards.
- Experience in developing, managing, and implementing training programs for pilots, cabin crew, and ground staff.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment and handle regulatory audits.
- Willingness to be based in Dubai or San Marino with potential travel requirements.
